I started working with Jo as I was feeling not respected or acknowledged by my eldest.
I was also struggling to deal with both my own emotional outburst and those of my child.

I firstly joined Jo's facebook group and things improved just from watching her short videos and questions.
Working with Jo I got some really good strategies.

And throughout my time working with you I could feel myself change and that change was also positively reflected in my children.

I feel more confident in myself as a parent.  I am able to stick with my boundaries.  I feel happier and when they are home, life is a lot nicer for all of us!

I would absolutely recommend working with Jo in any way that you can as she creates a wonderful welcoming community, and helps you create the family life that you have always wanted with your children.
